Jeffrey Bland worked as a financial advisor with UBS PaineWebber after graduating from the University of Montana. At UBS PaineWebber, he was ranked in the top 3% of his national class for assets under management. As an institutional planner, Jeff has worked closely with companies to maximize their investments. In doing so, he became interested in the kinds of practices successful companies employed. After being approached by various oil and gas companies and ranching associations in Montana and Wyoming to provide financial guidance to their employees, Jeff saw both the need and value for companies in general to provide Financial Literacy Education in the workplace. With RBC, Jeff has been able to assist companies in repositioning some of their benefit dollars to workshops that reduce the financial stress of employees and thus increase bottomline profitability. In 2005, when interviewed regarding the pension crisis, the Uinta County Herald featured Jeff's opinions on the importance of being "disciplined, diversified, and tax-efficient."
